Nima Energy AB has entered into a partnership with Niam Infra Fund (”Niam Infra”) to accelerate the roll-out of ultra-fast EV charging hubs. Under the partnership NIam Ifra will enter as a 15% shareholder in Nima Energy by an issuance of new shares and will have a first right to finance Nima Energy’s roll-out of up to 500 MSEK (appr 50MEUR) of ultra-fast Ev charging sites across strategic locations in the Nordics and beyond.
