Our stations support roaming
Roaming, or charge card network, gives the country’s electric car drivers the opportunity to charge with a single account or membership at stations operated by different networks or providers. Payment is then made with a charging card or an app from charging operators who have a cooperation agreement with the owner of the charging station – in this case with Nima.
By increasing accessibility in charging networks as well as in charging apps and at the same time reducing the need for multiple registered accounts, charging cards and charging tags, the industry is working together to make it easier to drive an electric car.
Nima’s goal is to give more people the opportunity to charge with us. When we now launch roaming via Hubject, it is technically possible to use all kinds of charging cards at our stations. Thus, we open up for everyone to charge at our stations, making it even easier to charge with us.
Click here for more information about which roaming partners we offer and how this service works.
If you use roaming and thus charge cards from operators other than Nima, please always ask your charge operator about the price they set.
Charging cards that I can use at Nima stations
Contact your charge card issuer to ask if their card works at Nima stations.
When roaming, it is your charge card issuer that sets the price you pay – not Nima. You should therefore always ask your charging operator what price they charged to allow you to charge on our chargers.
Roaming
The price may differ from Nima’s other paid services. Therefore, always check what your charge card operator set for the price before you start charging with us.
Always start charging before connecting the charging glove to your vehicle.
Charging card
- Place your charging card against the RFID icon under the screen.
- Select the desired outlet using the buttons below the charger screen
- Lift out the charging glove from the selected charging socket and connect it to your vehicle.
APP
- Open your charge card issuer’s app.
- Look for the EVSE ID that physically appears to the right of the socket you want to use (eg “SENMAE4*1”).
- Once you find the socket in the app, click or swipe to start the charging process, depending on the operator’s interface.
Contact your charge card issuer that has carried out the debit.

Yes. We support RFID tags and RFID cards from other operators. With us, however, you can always pay by swiping your payment card directly on a card reader on our charger or pay in our Nima Energy app where you can also download autocharge.
